This bedtime formula has 20mg of Isolate CBD with 5mg of CBN per serving. A bottle has 120 suggested servings and we recommend taking it 1-2hrs before bed. Being Isolate there is no THC in this product. CBN CAN trigger a False Positive for THC in a basic drug test.
